Lamb Chop
- Trim off excess fat
- Salt and Pepper both sides
- Cook each side 2 min.
- Set to cool for 10 min.
- Cover with muster sauce
- Cover with Crust
- Set in oven at 400F for 25 min. or internal temperature of 125F
- Set to cool for 10 min.
