Nearly 10,000 people attended the opening of the 10th Taiwan International Balloon Festival (2020) on the morning of July 10 in Taitung District.
As the first rays of the sun pierced, 18 hot air balloons took off in the sky over Luye, with the head of the Taitung district, Yao Ching-ling [饒 慶 鈴], and the director of the American Institute in Taiwan on board. , Brent Christensen.
