Here, the creative vision of Kelly Wearstler seamlessly blends past and present with compelling design, vintage influence and local art. Essentials include two destination restaurants in partnership with James Beard Award-winning L.A. chef Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne (Lucques, a.o.c., Hollywood Bowl Food + Wine, Larder Baking company); an intimate library-lounge, a city-view rooftop pool and lounge-bar-restaurant. Taxes & Fees

Room rates are subject to the following nightly Fees:

Los Angeles Room Occupancy Tax: 14.00% per night
Tourism Marketing District Fee: 2% per night
Tourism Assessment Fee: 0.2% per night

Daily Destination Amenity Fee: $50 (plus tax) which includes:

$50 Caldo Verde and in-room dining credit – enjoy a $50 dining credit daily, no rollover balance
Premium Wi-Fi throughout the property
24-hour fitness center access
Access to fitness and yoga classes
Wellness drink and afternoon snack
Bottled water, replenished daily
Coffee and tea service, from 5:30am to 9:00am
Access to rooftop pool

Parking Policy

Valet parking is located on South Broadway in front of our hotel entrance:

Overnight parking – $58/night
Restaurant parking – $17 for first 3 hours, additional $3 every 20 minutes
Visitor parking – $17 for first 2 hours, additional $3 every 20 minutes
Event parking – $20 for first 5 hours

All rates subject to 10% city tax
