Ingredients
2 mangoes
, sago (sago rice), an appropriate
amount of coconut milk (coconut milk can also be used),
an appropriate amount of grapefruit or pomelo (we use oranges instead),
a little sugar,
milk, 100ml
, 3~4 mint leaves
Method
1. Preparation Boil the sago in a large pot of water. The ratio of sago to water is about 1:10. Wait until the water boils before adding the sago to the pot. Turn on low heat and stir while cooking.
2. Cook until translucent, with a little white core left in the middle. Turn off the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until the sago is cooked.
3. Take out the cooked sago and put it in cold water to cool. After cooling, drain it with a filter and set aside.
4. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Peel the orange and peel out the fruit.
5. Put the diced mango, milk and ice cubes into a blender, then add a little sugar and mix well.
6. Pour the beaten mango milk into a cup, add diced mango, orange pellets, sago, coconut milk (coconut milk) and other ingredients, and decorate with mint leaves on top.
