Dough
- 1 cup Warm Water or Soy Milk (not too hot)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Instant Dry Yeast
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Warm water and add yeast. Should foam at top in about 10 min, else yeast is not good. Add to flour and mix.
Work dough by hand for 10 min.
Cover and let it sit for an hour until it double in size.
Filling
- Cabbage
- Carrots
- Noodle (Soak in water)
- Green Onion
Cook with salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil, soy sauce.
Fill
Wait until dough double in size. Cut into small pieces. Roll into 4 inches. Add 2 tbsp filling to each.
