- 200 g Flour
- 2 teaspoons Green Tea Powder
- 20 g Sugar
- 5 g Dry Yeast
- Mix
- 140 mL Warm Milk
- Mix
- 10 g Unsalted Butter
- Mix
- Set aside to prove for 60 minutes at 30c until dough double in size
- Cut into 6 pieces, add filling
- Set aside to prove for 30 miunutes at 30c
- Bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes
